Mindful Silence Retreat Program

Connect to yourself with Love & Compassion

Building on our experience we created a Mindful Silence Retreat Program. In which you can experience real silence for 8 days.

To slow down and unwind from the hustle and bustle of your life. Without social obligations, expectations, the need to react, without a telephone, book, or news items. A few days away from your normal daily distractions.

Without these distractions, the pace of your thoughts will slow down. And then wait and see what remains. Experience silence and what then rises to the surface is what is essential to you.

Mindful Silence Retreat

The main guideline in this retreat are the mindful meditations.
Every other day there will be a personal meeting with the Mindfulness teacher to report about your experiences and get guidance in the meditation.
To further support you in your process of slowing down and silencing we offer a program of inspiring classes like Yoga with slow movement and Yin Yoga poses and Chineng Qigong.

It is also possible to walk around the garden and surroundings. 

Becoming more aware of your thoughts, patterns and mechanism during the retreat will make you more receptive. This can create a connection to your inner voice. A beautiful process in the safe environment of the group and team.

Our Silence retreats are suitable for beginners as
well as for the experienced lovers of silence.


At the start of the retreat there will be a nice introduction into the Mindful meditation.

During the week there will be oportunities to report to the teacher on a one to one basis. This will be every other day, but more if needed. Here, you will receive guidance about your practice and about the possible hindrances you encounter.

Guidance by the team
Anyone who has questions, requests or difficulties outside of the reports can speak to the teachers or staff. Please do not talk to other participants.

All participants are required to abide by the rule of noble silence.

Time for yourself
There will be plenty of time  for yourself. Time to practice mindful meditation in your room or in the yoga hall. But also time for relaxation, rest,  for movement, walking, deepening, processing, tranquility, maybe for some writing or time for nature. This retreat will be a real treat for yourself.

Evening Class
Each night there will be a miscellaneous class, this could be a Dharma talk, a story, Yoga Nidra or a little bit of everything.

6:00 A gong will sound to wake you up.

6:30 – 7:30  Optional Yin Yoga class – 60 min 

8:00 – 8:40 Breakfast

12:30 – 13:10 Warm Lunch

Mindful Meditation / Time for yourself  / Reports

16:00 – 16:45  Optional Yoga or Chineng Qigong class

18:00 – 18:40 Dinner
Soup, bread en salad

Mindful Meditation / Time for yourself 

20:00 – 21:00  Evening class – 60 min
